Beskrivelse

A rare opportunity to find a penthouse in Nueva Andalucia with almost 300 m2 terrace wrapped around the 3 bed apartment.

The views are panoramic, from sea views, to mountain views and of course amazing pool views and we have South and West orientation, so lots of sun.

Lorcrimar V is the last fase and most far away from the A7 so no road noise at all.

The apartment consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one on suite and a good sized kitchen, although I am sure the new owners will break the wall down between the living areas

and kitchen so a more modern lay out can be achieved.

The gated complex is very secure and has a night security as well, there are 2 private garage spaces for the penthouse.

The complex is close to amenities ‌like ‌a ‌pizzeria, ‌mini market, ‌gym ‌and ‌paddle ‌club with ‌restaurant, ‌Puerto ‌Banus ‌and ‌San ‌Pedro are ‌walkable or ‌5 min with ‌car.

IMPORTANT: ‌HOLIDAY ‌LETS ‌ALLOWED ‌BY ‌THE ‌COMMUNITY!
